1. Condition of Equipment

The customer shall not make any changes, alterations, modifications, additions, removals, and/or improvements to the equipment and shall use it in the manner and sole purpose it was intended for by the manufacturer. The customer will receive the equipment in safe and working condition and shall return the equipment in the same condition it was given to the customer.

2. Equipment Liability

The customer is fully responsible for the equipment during the duration of the rental. Any loss and/or damage during the duration of the rental will incur fees. Any loss and/or damage fees are in addition to rental charges and will be paid immediately after an assessment is finalized. The assessment can take up to five business days. In the event of nonpayment of rental charge and/or additional fees, the customer agrees to pay any legal fees incurred.

3. Limited Liability

We are limited to providing safe and working condition equipment to our customers per industry standards. Customer agrees to protect, hold harmless, and/or indemnify HNO Productions Inc. and its Officers with respect to any loss, cost, damage, and/or expenses including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees, court costs, and costs of investigation incurred by reason of the death of, or injury to, any person(s) or damage to any and all property (real, personal, and/or mixed) belonging to any person(s), provided and only to the extent that such death, injury, or property damage shall have arisen out of or resulted from the negligence and/or intentional misconduct of the customer.

4. Cancellations

The customer has up to 72 hours prior to the pick-up and/or delivery date to cancel without a cancellation fee. The customer will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee if cancelled between 24 to 72 hours prior to the pick-up and/or delivery date. The customer will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the pick-up and/or delivery date.
